AMR Plumbing & Heating came extremely highly recommended to us by a friend of ours who does our decorating and often recommends AMR to others and I now see why. We had our boiler decommissioned suddenly in the summer leaving us in a tricky situation. Having used AMR in the past for a couple of small plumbing jobs I had no hesitation in contacting them for such a large job. I found Alastair to be extremely polite, courteous and very professional. He gave us a very competitive quote I was delighted to give him the work and since we have had this awful weather i have never been so glad as to have changed our boiler for a more efficient, reliable boiler which Alastair also moved from my airing cupboard into the loft. It was a pleasure to have Alastair and his colleague in our house, in fact I hardly knew they were there and they cleared up beautifully each day and at the end of the job.

I wanted a quote for installing a new central heating boiler. AMR came to assess the work on the day I called them
and sent an email quote the next day. I discussed it with them and accepted it unchanged. The boiler was installed a few weeks
later( I was in no hurry) and was up and running by the end of day 1. The work was completed by the end of day 2. When the
bill arrived a few days later it was exactly as promised with charges precisely for the work actually done. It was slightly
less than the original quote. The installation was carried out by a team of 3 who were a pleasure to have around the house
- tidy, considerate, trustworthy and always willing to explain and help. I could not have asked for more.
