I wanted a quote for installing a new
central heating boiler. AMR came to assess the work on the day I called them and sent an email quote the next day. I discussed
it with them and accepted it unchanged. The boiler was installed a few weeks later( I was in no hurry) and was up and running
by the end of day 1. The work was completed by the end of day 2. When the bill arrived a few days later it was exactly as
promised with charges precisely for the work actually done. It was slightly less than the original quote. The installation
was carried out by a team of 3 who were a pleasure to have around the house - tidy, considerate, trustworthy and always willing
to explain and help. I could not have asked for more.
